Courses

Courses Booked via the Website (Without Accommodation)

According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to withdraw your course registration within 14 days from the day your registration is confirmed (the withdrawal period). If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, you will receive a refund of the course fee you paid, minus a booking fee that constitutes 10% of the course fee. This 10% covers costs related to marketing and bank transactions.

If you cancel later than 14 days before the course start date, the course fee will not be refunded, except if you can provide a valid medical certificate. In such cases, please contact me via email or phone.

If the course is canceled, you will receive a refund of the course fee minus the booking fee.

Courses Booked via the Website (With Accommodation)

According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to withdraw your course registration within 14 days from the day your registration is confirmed (the withdrawal period). If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, you will receive a refund of the course fee you paid, minus a booking fee that constitutes 10% of the course fee. This 10% covers costs related to marketing and bank transactions.

By law, you have the right to cancel the course within a reasonable time before departure—7 days before the start date is always considered reasonable. However, the following conditions apply:

If you cancel 60 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
If you cancel no later than 30 days before the course starts, you will receive a 30% refund of the course fee.
If you cancel later than 30 days before the course start date, the course fee will not be refunded.

Exceptions to the above apply if you can provide a valid medical certificate. In such cases, please contact me via email or phone.

If the course is canceled, you are covered by the Swedish Travel Guarantee Act (2018:1217). You will receive a refund of the course fee minus a booking fee that constitutes 10% of the course fee.
Transfer

As a customer, you have the right to transfer your place in the course to someone else. This applies to courses with and without accommodation. If you wish to transfer the course to someone else, you agree to provide me with the new participant's contact details to ensure that I can provide the necessary information in good time.
